Say we have implicit function x^2+y^2+sin(4x)+sin(4y)=4.

s=fimplicit(@(x,y) x^2+y^2+sin(4*x)+sin(4*y)-4)

How do we find the extremas of the implicit function where the tangent lines are either vertical or horizontal. Can this be done without solving implicit derivative for zero? (This would require a lot of code).
