Sending Unity3D camera view to a separate running OpenCV python script

I'm planning on working on this ML project for my final year project and just wondering if it could work before I start working on it, I thought of making a simple car in unity with a front camera and two side cameras and somehow make OpenCV learn how to drive the car so that it stays on the road, very similar to what Sentdex did with GTA V on his YT channel.

Problem is: he used ImageGrab to read his screen, setting x1, x2, y1 and y2 he specified what part of the screen GTA V was running on windowed mode and then sent every frame to OpenCV, I'd like to use a more general approach: since I'm not using GTA V in fact I'm making a simple scene in Unity for various reasons, and since I'd like to send multiple views to OpenCV, without having to split the window or something like that, how could I take the rendered frames from Unity of each camera and send them to OpenCV with an acceptable frame rate?

Thanks
