How to prevent Microsoft collecting data from our SSRS server

I'm just working on embedding some SSRS reports from our SQL Server 2016 server into an ASP.NET web application (using iframes with the src set to the report's URL and appended with rs:Embed=true, as per the documentation).

All is working properly, but when I view the page with the embedded reports in debug, I see the following error in the dev tools console:

This looks to me a lot like the application is trying to send data to a Microsoft server - thankfully it's failing! Interestingly, I don't see the same error in the console when running the page after deploying to the web server, so maybe it's a Windows 10 thing (my dev PC is Windows 10)?

Regardless, does anybody know what is happening here and how to disable this data collection? I have ensured that I am opted out of the "Windows Customer Experience Program" on both the SQL Server and my PC. Apologies if this turns out to be an operating system issue, but since I've encountered it as a result of developing this web page I'm starting from the stance of it being something I can fix in the code or in the SSRS configuration.
