What is SqlSyncProvider's "scopeName" constructor parameter, and how do I make it be all tables?

I am trying to sync 2 databases (and constraints, procedures, etc.) and am looking at the SqlSyncProvider API https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd918522(v=sql.110).aspx. It has a constructor

public SqlSyncProvider(
    string scopeName,
    SqlConnection connection
)

but no examples.

What can I put in for scopeName that means "everything"? Or is that even possible?
