Is it possible to add an audio src from a cloud storage in html5?

I am managing a website (think Wordpress-ish) where I'm unable to add files other than photos (jpeg, png). I'd like to add an audio player with controls (as shown below)

<audio controls>
  <source src="horse.ogg" type="audio/ogg">
  <source src="horse.mp3" type="audio/mpeg">
  Your browser does not support the audio element.
</audio>

but as I'm not allowed to add any audio files, I don't have a way of placing a src. I want to change the src to an audio file saved in a cloud storage (OneDrive). I've tried generating an embedded audio file and pasting it directly into into the web page but it just looks like a file icon with a caption below it. I'd like for the audio file to be in an audio player with controls.

Please let me know if you need more information on my question as I'm not sure if I've explained it thoroughly.
