Can wordpress / woocommerce admin functions be used on the front of the site?

Woocommerce has some really nice reports in the admin. Can I use any of those functions to display reports on the front end?

I'm new to WordPress and I'm slowly learning from the codex/documentation. That said, I'm not real sure what separates the admin "displays" from the front. I've seen isAdmin used throughout and I've seen that there are admin folders, but I simply haven't "connected the dots"

I would love instructions to have those reports, but let me broaden the question for future readers...

What function determines if a plugin is to be used in the admin, or the front of the site? Is it a simple process to convert from one to the other?

StackOverflow rocks..long time member here..Thanks All!

Admin reports only: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/reports/

This was my starting point: https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Action_Reference/admin_init
