Rewriting attributes of cookies

I manage a little website in a shared hosting LAMP environment (basically, the only thing I can edit is a .htaccess file. Moreover, besides the fact that I can't edit PHP.ini, PHP ini_set for some reason doesn't work).

I found the hosting provider, maybe in the context of load balancing operations, installs two cookies (everyone visiting my website is sent two cookies from the provider itself).

Any cookie in my website is Secure and Httponly: both the cookies above aren't neither secure nor httponly.

Is there any way to override the attributes from the .htaccess file? What I would like is rewriting the same cookies with Secure and Httponly. Is this possible?
