Redirection page equivalent to Rel=Noopener

I want to link to a website that's currently in Adblock's blacklist (unjustified).

If it opens in a new tab, it gets blocked.

To fix this, I include REL="NOOPENER" and then it works.

Now, if my link comes from Youtube for example, I can't include that REL= code, so how can I send that link to some sort of redirection page where something equivalent to rel=noopener is included, so that it doesn't get blocked?

A normal redirection doesn't work, if the final url is the blacklisted page, it will be blocked. Thank you!!
