I have got an image (link below)

From the above image the goal is to extract digits and their corresponding parameters. I am using opencv and python for this. Since I am doing image recognition for 1st time I am not able to get some good results. What I thought was, since all the digits are inside rectangular shaped container, I will first extract all those shapes then extract digits from it. And for this process I got the idea of using contours for shapes and pytesseract for digit recognition, but because of noise in image I am not able to get proper result. So is there any better way to do it and if possible can i get some examples similar to this like removing noise and processing further ...??
