Why isn't my ios tweak working?

I've almost done everything; nothing has helped me solve this issue so far.

I'm using make package install I thought it had to do with SDK but I've downloaded my current phone SDK, my iOS is 10.2.1, I downloaded 9.2 SDK and placed it inside /opt/theos/sdks

and also I put it inside /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs

It seems to be compiling fine too; and I also can see that package is installed in my cydia installed package listings.

I'm simply trying to display a popup message. Here's my tweak.xm file

%hook SBLockScreenViewController

- (void)viewWillAppear:(BOOL)arg1 {
        [[[UIAlertView alloc] initWithTitle:@"Sup" message:@"It works" delegate:nil cancelButtonTitle:@"Dismiss" otherButtonTitles:nil] show];

My MakeFile looks like this:

include $(THEOS)/makefiles/common.mk
THEOS_DEVICE_IP = localhost
TWEAK_NAME = biplovdahal
biplovdahal_FILES = Tweak.xm
include $(THEOS_MAKE_PATH)/tweak.mk

        install.exec "killall -9 SpringBoard"
